Judi’s 3-in-1 Cinnamon Honey Butter Recipe

Ingredients for one full ramekin:

• Half a stick of slightly salted butter
• Half a jar of creamed honey
• One tablespoon of ground cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Melt the half stick of butter in the microwave for 20 seconds.
2. Stir or whip the butter until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the honey and mix until combined and lump-free.
4. Add the cinnamon and mix until fully combined, creating a light brown mixture.
5. Transfer to a smaller container for display.
6. Enjoy at room temperature with fresh or toasted sourdough.
